报告题目：人因工程的概念与科研议题

Concepts & Issues in Scientific Research Ergonomics

报告内容：

Ergonomics deals with the discovery and applications of information about human behavior, abilities, limitations, and other characteristics to the design of tools, machines, systems, tasks, jobs, and environment for productive, safe, comfortable, and effective human use. The presenter has participated in the research in the issues of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), slips & falls, and muscular fatigue with the Chung Hua University, Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety in the USA, and the Industrial Engineering Department of Tsinghua University. In this talk, the speaker will talk about these research issues. Approaches & examples of conducting scientific research for these issues will be summarized & presented. At the end, ergonomic research for the next generation & laboratory requirements will be recommended.  

人因工程是关于人类行为、能力、限制与其他特性的发掘及将这些信息应用在工具、机器、工作、职务、与环境的设计上，使其符合生产力、安全、舒适、及有效果的人类应用上。报告人曾参与中华大学、美国利宝安全研究院、清华大学工业工程系的于职场的肌肉骨骼损伤、滑跌倒事故、及肌肉疲劳方面的课题研究，本报告将介绍这些合作研究，并整理科研上的思维与方法，与课题案例。最后，也将对下一世代人因科研议题及人因实验室的需求与建置提出建议。

报告人简介：

李开伟，台湾中华大学工业工程与系统管理系教授，环境安全卫生室主任。1991年获美国德州理工大学工业工程博士学位，主要从事人因工程、安全与劳动卫生等领域的教学与研究工作。在“工业工效学”、“职业安全与人类工效学”、“伤害控制与安全促进”、“伤害预防”、“安全科学”、“工效学”、“应用工效学”等人因工程领域主要国际期刊以第一作者身份发表SCI/SSCI检索论文30余篇；出版著作3部；曾承担台湾国科会计划项目21项，人因工程领域的企业与部门合作课题多项。
